Gord is the lead Insurance Advisor at Quasar. Encouraged by a respected teacher, he began his career at the age of 21 as an advisor with a major insurance company in Winnipeg. His designations are recognized in the industry as representative of advanced financial planning and advanced estate and insurance planning.
Throughout his career, Gord has developed a successful business and has motivated several successful young advisors in their career paths. He has also committed to helping business owners and professionals. He strongly believes in education with financial tools that aid with estate and retirement planning through the unique attributes of insurance.
Gord is married to his wife and work-partner, Sherry, and together they have two grown children, Robert and Julia. He has been a self-proclaimed car fanatic since he was a child and also enjoys golf and fishing, sports of all kinds, and takes every opportunity to enjoy the great BC outdoors with his family.
