Alejandro is a Certified Financial Planner® with a BBA and a major in Finance from Simon Fraser University. He started his career in 2009 with a focus on investments (Investment Fund Advisor with Investia Financial Services Inc.) and insurance. Coming from an entire family of entrepreneurs, Alejandro developed an innate sense of business early on. He grew his practice along with his professional knowledge while working in one of the largest Insurance Managing General Agents in Canada.
Alejandro's hard-working nature has served him exceptionally well over his career, and his commitment to providing high-quality financial advice was recognized in 2013 when he won the National CFP Achievement Award through the industry's association, ADVOCIS. In addition, Alejandro was one of the seven candidates presented with The Leslie W. Dunstall Award for CLU® in 2017 for achieving the highest examination marks for all CLU course subjects. He then went on to complete The Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation, Canada's premier wealth transfer and estate planning designation. Alejandro continues to attend conferences and seminars to develop his skills further and maintain his responsibility to clients. He gathers his passion for his work from people and loves to guide clients through the complexities of financial systems.
When he's not thinking full speed ahead about business and finance, Alejandro finds his "zen" in the great outdoors. While fishing and hunting help him disconnect and focus on himself and the nature around him, camping and exploring have become a way for him to become closer with his family.
